यह सप्ताह आगरा के लिऐ बड़ा ही भाग्यशाली रहा।
यह सप्ताह आगरा के लिए अत्यंत उल्लेखनीय व महत्वपूर्ण रहा। आगरा के खिलाड़ी, सैनिक और साहित्यकार राष्ट्रीय क्षितिज पर छाए रहे। आज का सप्ताहांत इन विभूतियों को ही समर्पित है।
सर्वप्रथम क्रिकेटर ध्रुव जुरैल ने खुश खबरी भेजी। अंडर – 19 यूथ एशियन चैंपियनशिप जीतने के बाद पहली बार 17 सितंबर को जब ध्रुव जुरैल आगरा पहुंचे तो उनके निवास डिफेंस कॉलोनी के लोगों ने उनका भव्य स्वागत किया। 14 सितंबर को जब ध्रुव जुरैल के नेतृत्व में भारतीय अंडर 19 क्रिकेट टीम ने श्रीलंका के कोलंबो में लगातार दूसरी बार एशिया कप जीता तो आगरा में खुशी की लहर दौड़ गई थी। आगरा में खुशी के वातावरण का कारण था, कप्तान ध्रुव का आगरा वासी होना। आगरा के आकाश पर अचानक ध्रुव एक चमकता सितारा बन गए। ध्रुव करगिल में भारत को जीत दिलाने वाले जाट रेजीमेंट के नेम सिंह जुरैल के सुपुत्र हैं।
आगरा के अनेक युवक युवतियां क्रीड़ा क्षेत्र,विशेषकर क्रिकेट में शहर का नाम राष्ट्रीय व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कर रहे हैं। क्रिकेट से लेकर कॉर्टिंग रेस तक में खिलाड़ी शानदार प्रदर्शन कर देश-विदेश में शहर का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं। भारतीय टी-20 क्रिकेट टीम के सदस्य दीपक चाहर, राहुल चाहर, भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम की सदस्य पूनम यादव, दीप्ति शर्मा और नेशनल कॉर्टिंग रेस चैंपियन शहान अली मोहसिन आज जिस मुकाम पर हैं, उसको पाने के लिए उन्होंने कठिन मेहनत की है। आगरा का युवा जगत इनसे अवश्य प्रेरणा ले व भविष्य में औऱ भी आगरा के लाल देश विदेश में शहर की कीर्ति पताका फहराएं ऐसी हमारी कामना है।
इसके बाद आगरा के बाह के कोर्थ गांव निवासी एयर मार्शल आर के एस भदौरिया ने आगरा का मान बढ़ाया। वह अगले वायुसेना प्रमुख होंगे और एक अक्टूबर को भारतीय वायुसेना के प्रमुख की जिम्मेदारी संभालेंगे। एयर मार्शल भदौरिया वर्तमान में वायु सेना के उप प्रमुख हैं। वह वर्तमान एयर चीफ मार्शल बी. एस. धनोआ के 30 सितंबर को सेवानिवृत्त होने पर वायुसेना प्रमुख का कार्यभार संभालेंगे।
सप्ताह का अंत होते होते शुक्रवार को आगरा की दो विभूतियों को प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा सम्मानित करने की घोषणा ने नगर वासियों को खुशी का एक औऱ अवसर प्रदान कर दिया।
कवियत्री डॉ. शशि तिवारी को प्रदेश सरकार ने साहित्य भूषण सम्मान देने का निर्णय लिया है। इस घोषणा के बाद डॉ. शशि ने कहा कि साहित्य के क्षेत्र में आ रहे आज के नौजवान कामयाबी का शॉर्टकट चाहते हैं, लेकिन यह साधना है, समय लगता है। अच्छा लिखना है, तो पढ़ें, साहित्यकारों को खूब पढ़ें। जितना अभ्यास करेंगे, उतना ही हुनर निखरेगा। डॉ. शशि तिवारी आगरा कॉलेज में हिंदी विभागाध्यक्ष रही हैं। राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर 20 से अधिक पुरस्कार और सम्मान मिल चुके हैं। उनकी बेटी शिवरंजनी फिल्मों में प्लेबैक सिंगर है।
दूसरी विभूति हैं वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार व गज़लगो अशोक रावत। इनको दुष्यंत कुमार पुरस्कार से नवाजा जाएगा।उन्हें यह सम्मान उनके गजल संग्रह ‘कोई पत्थर नहीं हैं हम’ के लिए दिया जाएगा। अशोक रावत कहते हैं कि 1975 में पढ़ाई के दौरान दुष्यंत कुमार को पढ़ा। वह आम आदमी की भाषा में लिखते थे, जो सीधे दिल में उतर जाती थी। अच्छा साहित्यकार वही है जिसकी बातें असर करें लेकिन यह तभी मुमकिन होता है जब उसके पीछे साधना हो।
सभी को सप्ताहांत की ओर से बधाई, हमारा शहर इसी प्रकार खुशियों से सराबोर होता रहे, यही कामना है।

This week was very lucky for Agra.
This week was extremely remarkable and important for Agra. Agra players, soldiers and litterateurs dominated the national horizon. Today’s weekend is dedicated to these personalities.
First cricketer Dhruv Jurail sent happy news. When Dhruv Jurail reached Agra on September 17 for the first time after winning the Under-19 Youth Asian Championship, he was given a grand welcome by the people of his residence, Defense Colony. On September 14, when the Indian Under-19 cricket team led by Dhruv Jurail won the Asia Cup for the second consecutive time in Colombo, Sri Lanka, there was a wave of joy in Agra. The reason for the atmosphere of happiness in Agra was the presence of Captain Dhruv in Agra. Suddenly the poles on the sky of Agra became a shining star. Dhruv is the son of Naam Singh Jurail of Jat Regiment who won India in Kargil.
Many young girls of Agra are naming the city at national and international level in the sports field, especially cricket. Players are illuminating the name of the city in India and abroad, from cricket to the courting race. Indian T20 cricket team members Deepak Chahar, Rahul Chahar, members of the Indian women’s cricket team Poonam Yadav, Deepti Sharma and National Corting Race Champion Shahan Ali Mohsin have worked hard to achieve the position they are today. After this, Air Marshal R KS Bhadauria, resident of Korth village of Agra’s Bah, raised the value of Agra. He will be the next Air Force Chief and will take over as the Chief of the Indian Air Force on October 1. Air Marshal Bhadoria is currently the Deputy Chief of the Air Force. He is the current Air Chief Marshal B.C. s. After Dhanoa retires on September 30, Air Force will take over.
At the end of the week, the announcement by the state government of honoring two emigrants of Agra on Friday gave the residents a further opportunity to rejoice.
The state government has decided to give Sahitya Bhushan honor to poet Shashi Tiwari. The second Vibhuti is senior litterateur and Ghazalgo Ashok Rawat. He will be awarded the Dushyant Kumar Award for this honor for his Ghazal collection ‘No stone is there’. Ashok Rawat says that while studying in 1975 he read Dushyant Kumar. He used to write in the language of the common man, which went straight into the heart. A good litterateur is the one who talks about things, but this is possible only when there is spiritual practice behind him.
